Thrive Aquatics Policies

A 14 day written notice is required to cancel or pause any memberships. 

NO REFUNDS: swim lessons are non refundable, even if they are missed; unless 24 notice was given. 

Clients may reschedule their lesson if 24 hour notice was given. 

No shows or late cancellations will NOT be refunded. 

Clients must provide a valid payment method for all recurring monthly plans. 

Declined Payments: A 3-day grace period is given. After that, a $10 late fee applies
